Thank you for shopping with Apex Auto. Below you'll find all the information you need about our shipping process.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, we ship within the United States. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at paysonmiles27@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Apex Auto is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
